UAX ADMISSION RESULTS
UAX never gives a negative answer.
For all courses except dentistry, veterinary medicine and medicine, replies are generally rapid (within 24/48h - check your SPAMS and connect to your online file on the UAX website) once your tests have been completed.
For dental and veterinary courses, only admitted students are contacted. The response time is variable, and there is no pre-established date.
All dental and veterinary students will be placed on the waiting list at the beginning of August.
You may therefore be admitted between your test date and the beginning of August.
From August onwards, admissions will be made according to the number of places available and in the order on the waiting list.
Places may be allocated until the end of September, depending on withdrawals.

UAX REGISTRATION PROCESS
If you are admitted to Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, you must fill in the information requested on their platform, as indicated on the guide below.
CREDENCIAL :
Once you've been admitted to the UAX, you can start the Crédencial process.
If you have not yet obtained your BAC, the UAX will ask you to send the credencial payment receipt until the final version is available, so that you can finalize your registration (matrícula) and start your online Spanish course.
THE PRE-UNIVERSITY YEAR
UAX contacts students on the waiting lists for medicine, veterinary medicine and dentistry.
SPANISH COURSE
The Spanish course is compulsory if you do not present an official certificate of level B1 before June 30. How to get to Villanuevade la Cañada
- By public transport from Madrid:
From the Moncloa bus station, take bus line 627 from gate 06 - Moncloa metro/bus station in Madrid. Bring some change (3.60 euros one way) because otherwise you may not be able to take the public bus. It takes about 45 minutes to get there.
- Concerning your hotel accommodation for the test days:
There are two/three small hotels in Villanueva de la Cañada that you can find through any internet search engine. Below are links to the Ibis hotels that I use when I am in Madrid (excellent value for money) because they are close to the metro stations and allow easy access to the university while enjoying the capital of Madrid:
