It is essential to speak Spanish to study in Spain!

FEEDUC's N°1 tip is to train in Spanish.

Hello, my son is currently (March 2024) in his first year of kinesiology at UCJC (since September 2023). Do you have any contacts or advice on taking courses to improve his Spanish? Thanks in advance

"Hello Betty
I am writing to thank you for the lessons given to Élise.
She passed her UAX Spanish assessments with an average of 8/10 in oral and written Spanish, well above the average for French students to start her studies. We are very grateful to you.
We wish you all the best.

"Hello, I've arrived in Valencia, and my studies don't suit me. I'd like to be able to withdraw from the university. In fact the level is much too high for my level of Spanish language and I do not feel well. "

"I can confirm that you need to have a good command of Spanish from the 1st year onwards, otherwise it's complicated to follow the courses, which are quite dense, thank you for insisting on this very important point".

"Nathalie and Clément insist on working hard on his Spanish to have the necessary level to be able to join the courses on the one hand and to be able to interact later with patients on the other. Our son started Spanish in February 2020 and worked intensively on his Spanish. In April 2020, he was accepted into the UEV dental program in Spanish.

"Sarah is already very comfortable in Spanish. You have to follow Clément and Nathalie's advice: study Spanish thoroughly as soon as you plan to study in Spain. It's really important.

"When I arrived in Madrid, I expected everything to be easy. I idealized my project because I'd just come out of 2 years of Paces, where my social life was limited, two years of stress, but also two years of failure. So I dreamt of Madrid, of the capital, of a real student life and above all of being able to do the studies I wanted. When I got there, the first two weeks were very euphoric: you're discovering things, you're in another city, a new university, everything's new. after those two not-so-cool years, everything was really great.
And then 3rd week of September it all fell apart a bit. I was already missing my family, my friends, the classes were hard to understand, discussions between Spanish students went so fast...the post-euphoria "bad mood". My school wasn't much fun from what I could see, and integration was harder than I thought. In fact, it was clearly me who 1) didn't understand everything, and 2) closed myself off to others. At that point, I was lucky enough to meet Clément who advised me to step back and provoke "what I was missing". And the following week, or 10 days at the most, I opened up to the people in my class, I met friends and then friends of friends, I made enormous progress in Spanish, and everything became easier: classes, outings, sports, etc....
So here I am, a month away from the end-of-year exams (my first semester went extremely well, with an average grade of 8/10), and I realize that I haven't thanked you for making it so easy for me to enroll in this great university, and for your help in bouncing me back from this rough patch."

"Hello;
A few News as the year draws to a close, to keep you informed of the progress of my course, which we had discussed.
I'm finishing my 2021 face-to-face and distance learning courses with Acadomia and the language club you rightly recommended as a partner.
Your advice in guiding me towards this organization was invaluable, and I feel I'm making good progress towards the goal we both knew about.
I'm going to take advantage of a break over the festive season to finalize my files and apply.
I'll be applying to the UAX and will be deciding in the next few days between Madrid and Valencia, based on the information you gave me last October.
I will then resume my apprenticeship in the same format in January 2022, before the desired immersion in the spring of 2022.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best for the New Year and the festive season.
See you soon".

"Jules is studying at Europe University in Madrid. He is in the year before the practice and must absolutely validate Spanish. He's not registered with your organization... but I'm at a loss....
He has been doing this year again for two years and they want him to do a third year again... even though he doesn't lose his year completely because he validates other modules.
The first year...COVID...he didn't pass the written, there was no oral.
The second one he passed the written exam, but the oral exam was not validated... although he passed... because his accent was not good.
This year he had written and oral exams, but he did not get the average on oral exams during the year, which penalized him on his final grade.
He appealed and had an appointment on Wednesday, July 27...he was denied validation of Spanish to go into practice.... he knows students who had been accepted for validation.
Jules goes to all the Spanish classes and takes courses in Madrid..."

"We want to go through you to enroll our second daughter Lucie in Nebrija via FEEDUC in September to improve her Spanish for 3 months before taking the UEM. For the record, you helped us two years ago with the same process for our eldest daughter (Nebrija then UEM): she passed everything and is entering her second year of dental school. Thank you again for your organization's responsiveness."
