FEEDUC's strength lies in its knowledge of the field, its contacts and the processes of each university, with which it must establish a relationship of trusting exchange.

TheCredencial application

The exercise of this right to mobility translates into academic and professional recognition of diplomas acquired in the country of origin or in another European country that is a signatory of the treaty.

Academic recognition allows students to undertake or continue their studies in another member state of the European Union.

If you are going to study in Spain, the year after your baccalaureate, you will have to go through an administrative procedure that will allow you to obtain a document called "Credencial" (accreditation) which is mandatory to enroll in Universities (public or private).

TheECTS application

If you go to Spain to study during your university course, the application of the Bologna agreements will allow you to have your level of study recognized and validated through the European Credits Transfer System (ECTS), developed to facilitate the legibility of studies within the member countries of the European Union, whatever they may be.

Institutions may ask you for a sworn translation of the official documents that attest to your credits and the contents of each of these credits. Don't be offended by this, it is a sign of the seriousness of the institution that is asking for these documents, especially if it is a private institution.

Regardless of when you enteruniversity in Spain, at the end of your studies you will obtain a diploma. The recognition of its conformity in France will determine for certain professions (medical and paramedical in particular) the possibility of obtaining the right to practice this profession in France.

If the diploma you wish to obtain is the result of a training course that complies with the European directive 2005/36/CE of September 7, 2005 (OJ L255 of September 30, 2005) on the recognition of European qualifications, the recognition will be "automatic". Please note that this does not mean that you will not have to take any administrative steps before practicing your profession.

A certain number of ECTS credits is generally required for the recognition of a degree issued by another member state of the European Union that is a signatory of the Bologna agreements.
